Ujjayi + Restorative Virtual Yoga Class

This gentle guided practice introduces breath work and restorative yoga. This class focuses more on mindfulness, breathing, and nervous system regulation than movement. This is for you if you need a really gentle and slow paced practice.

I just want to say… I’m really proud of you all.


Today was more than a yoga class. The way you showed up, stayed present, and allowed yourselves to feel—that’s the real work.


Thank you for trusting the space, and for trusting yourselves.


If you experienced heavy emotions today… that wasn’t weakness, that was release. The body holds so much, and today you gave it permission to let go.
