Cancellation Policy
Your therapy times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a late cancellation fee of $25. There will be a $25 reschedule fee for any rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hour notice. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start time in order to complete intake paperwork before your session. *10 minutes after the scheduled time you will be considered a No Show. No shows will be charged $25 and may incurr a rescheduling fee.
