Fenixx In Flow Is Growing — Here’s What’s New ✨

If you’ve been around Fenixx In Flow for a while, you already know — I don’t believe in surface-level wellness.
Relief is good.
Recovery is better.
Sustainable resilience?
That’s the goal.
Over the past few months, I’ve been refining, restructuring, and expanding what we offer — not just to do more, but to do it better.
Here’s what’s new.

A Clearer Focus on Relief, Recovery & Maintenance
Our 60-Minute Therapeutic Recovery Massage is now positioned exactly how it should be: results-driven care designed to reduce pain, restore mobility, and support long-term function.

This isn’t spa energy. This is strategic bodywork.
For those wanting deeper integration, Integrated Performance Therapy (90 minutes) blends mobility work, assisted stretch, and nervous system regulation into a comprehensive reset. It’s designed for people who expect more from their bodies — and their care.
Serving Veterans Through VACCN
Fenixx In Flow is also proud to serve veterans through the Veterans Affairs Community Care Network (VACCN).

As an approved community care provider, we work with veterans seeking therapeutic recovery services outside of VA facilities. This partnership reflects our commitment to structured, accessible care for those managing chronic pain, injury recovery, and long-term stress-related conditions.
Supporting those who have served is not just an offering — it’s part of the mission.
Lymphatic Drainage Series (Now Available)

We’ve also introduced a structured 6-session Lymphatic Drainage Series led by Erica Hawes, who brings 15 years of massage therapy experience to the table.
This program supports circulation, inflammation reduction, and systemic recovery through cumulative care. It’s gentle, intentional, and incredibly effective when done consistently.
This one really excites me.

Resilience Yoga for Organizations is a 3-month on-site program designed for high-stress teams who need more than a “wellness day.” This program integrates breathwork, mobility, and nervous system regulation to support sustainable performance and reduce burnout.
It’s structured. It’s strategic. And it’s built for real workplaces.
We’re currently offering a founding partner rate as we expand this locally.
CEUs + Education (Because We Don’t Just “Do Wellness” — We Teach It)
Fenixx In Flow is also expanding our education offerings, including workshops and CEU opportunities. Education is part of the mission — giving people tools they can actually use, not just experiences they forget by Monday.
If you’re an organization, practitioner, or group interested in training-style sessions, we’re building options for that too.

Fenixx In Flow has always been about more than a single service. It’s about building systems that support resilience — physically, mentally, and organizationally.
If you’re ready to approach wellness with intention, consistency, and sustainability, we invite you to explore the updated offerings and connect with us.
Let’s build sustainably.
